I was recently interviewed about hypnosis and meditation by Jack Stafford and Debra Littleboy of the Mysticast, the podcast/Youtube channel for The Aetherius Society.

The society was founded by Dr. George King (1919-1997), a master of yoga and trance mediumship, and the author of several books on spirituality. Despite being founded in Great Britain, where I grew up (I’m now in NYC), I hadn’t heard of the society and wasn’t sure what to expect from the interview. However, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Jack, Debra, and I had a great conversation in which we discussed hypnotism, meditation, and related mindfulness techniques, discovering, along the way, quite a few touch points between hypnosis for self-development and the methods of The Aetherius Society (which I will check out next time I’m in London).
