Books

I am the author of seven books. Through them, I explore symbolism, evolutionary psychology, and the mythological and cultural underpinnings of our societies.

Published by Inner Traditions, I outline my most recent four books below.

Transcend the Chaos

In navigating the current age of AI-driven “disruption,” this research identifies Character as the ultimate competitive advantage. Developed through twenty years of published inquiry into human nature and refined through leadership roles in high-growth industries, this body of work bridges the gap between psychological well-being and professional high-performance.

  • The Six Cs Framework: Identifies the six essential pillars—Connection, Creativity, Craft, Culture, Character, and Consciousness—required to navigate rapid instability. These principles apply equally to the development of individual leaders and the architecture of global brands.
  • Chaos as a Constant: An analysis of why chaos is a permanent factor in the modern landscape, presenting a roadmap for identifying the opportunities hidden within systemic threats.
  • The “Seven Percent” Factor: Cultivating the specific character traits and stress-management techniques that differentiate high-performing leaders from their peers.
  • Human in the Loop (HITL): A strategic manual for ensuring technology remains a tool for the visionary rather than a replacement for human intuition.

Supernatural Woman and the Male Initiate

  • The Muse and the Genius Quest: Identifying the “Genius” as an internally motivated actor who treats their objectives as a “Quest” for illumination rather than a search for external validation or societal rewards. The Muse often appears in dreams, or inspiration and breakthroughs appear in dreams. We explore how and why.
  • Inspiration and Intellectual Breakthrough: Analyzing how “Altered States of Consciousness”—ranging from meditation to the “flow state” of high-level creation—shatter mundane limits to introduce the complexity and original thought required for systemic disruption.
  • Evolutionary Psychology: In this book, I explore biological drive to display high intelligence, wit, and resourcefulness as primary signals of individual value and group benefit.

Path of the Warrior-Mystic

Many people seem to go through life, seemingly unable to ask meaningful questions about our world or themselves. A few seem to have extraordinary insights and a visionary capability. In this book, we explore the nature of modernity, and how to navigate its shortcomings, to live a life of impact, meaning, and leadership.

  • The Warrior-Mystic Archetype: An analysis of the visionary strategist who moves through chaos by overcoming internal obstacles and challenging convention to achieve a primary objective.
  • Agility & Resilience: Techniques for developing the cognitive guts to “think different” and the resilience to challenge conventional thought in order to reach the core of a strategic matter.
  • Technological Sovereignity: Strategies for overcoming the distractions and “noise” of modern technology to maintain focus on high-value, purposeful action.
  • Leadership Application: A methodology for cultivating character to face systemic uncertainty with a specific combination of calm, composure, and drive.

Three Stages of Initiatic Spirituality

Despite all kinds of theories of “archetypes” (kings, lovers, gods, heroes, etc.), ancient cultures structured themselves through three vocations or castes: Craftsman, Warrior, and Magician (or sage, priest, spiritual leader, etc.). In this book, we explore how these three Primal functions have developed in different cultures (from ancient Greek philosophy to Tantra, martial arts, Freemasonry, sexual mysticism, and Chaos Magic) and esoteric tradition, and how what we can learn from them as we develop yourselves.

  • A Model for Action: A framework for developing a leader’s full potential—mentally, physically, and spiritually—to ensure they can operate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • The Craftsman (Mnemonic / “Memory”): Findings on the cultivation of professional language, technical mastery, and the preservation of cultural/brand memory. This stage represents the foundation of skill and the gathering of essential “tools.”
  • The Warrior (Somatic / “Body”): An analysis of the somatic development of the leader. This stage focuses on the “embodiment” of the self—developing the physical and spiritual discipline required to protect territory, take risks, and lead with presence.
  • The Magician (Gnostic / “Knowledge”): Research into the manifestation of “creative genius” and the higher self. In a leadership context, the Magician represents the strategist who possesses the knowledge to transform vision into reality and give a society—or an organization—meaning.
