We’re all on stage sometimes. Hypnosis can help you perform at your best.
Whether an athlete competing in a professional sport, an actor performing on stage, or a professional who needs to give a major presentation, we all feel the pressure of performing.
As the moment approaches, it’s common to experience symptoms of stress or worry and thoughts of self-doubt. These include a dry mouth, sweating, and an increased heart rate.
When we should be performing at our best, we might appear nervous. We might feel that we have to apologize for our performance in advance. This is normal, but it’s unhelpful.
Worse, not knowing how to cope with stage fright, some people try to boost their courage in inappropriate ways such as consuming alcohol. Instead, you want to gain control and stay in control.
Overcome Stage Fright
Hypnosis can help you prepare for your big moment.
Naturally relaxing, hypnosis will help you to feel calm and in control, cope with and reduce feelings of stress in the lead-up to your performance, counter defeatist thoughts, focus your attention, and be at the top of your game.
In our session, we will use hypnosis as well as a range of other techniques to help you prepare for, and conquer, your performance. These include:
- Calming breathing techniques.
- Confident posture.
- Planning, visualization, and mental rehearsal.
- Positive self-talk.
- Self-hypnosis.
I’ll also teach you self-hypnosis that you can do at home as your big moment approaches and whenever you need an extra hypnotic boost.
As a public speaker, who has given talks all around the USA, like most public speakers, I have experienced feelings of stress leading up to events. The techniques you’ll learn are the same ones that I’ve used to overcome those feelings and bring my ‘A game.’

“I truly believe I will look back to my session with Angel Millar as the moment my life changed for the better.”—J. Ferguson, USA.
“Working with Angel was great. I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first experience with hypnosis, but was immediately at ease and comfortable. Angel is a great listener and a calming presence.”—Stephanie Chuang.
“I wasn’t sure what to expect but he walks you through it and makes you feel super comfortable, asking what’s going on in your life, and gets some background information before he really plunges into the hypnosis itself. Overall, it’s just a really positive experience. It just feels really good. It feels really enlightening. It feels like you have a kick-start into the new chapter of your life. And I think that’s kinda what I was looking for.”—Amanda Maiorano.
