It matters how you start your day.
Some people go to the gym. Others practice meditation or make sure they’re getting the nutrition and calories they need.
But there are times when you need something more.
- Is work making you stressed?
- Do you have an important meeting scheduled with a client or supervisor?
- Do you have an interview for a new job?
- Do you need to get clear about your plan of action so you can be on your A-game?
I’m now offering one-hour, early-morning, de-stress & prep hypnosis sessions for New Yorkers, 6:30-7:30 AM. Because, in a city this competitive, you need something more.
Your De-Stress & Prep Hypnosis Session:
These sessions aren’t designed to tackle long-term issues. They’re designed, specifically, to help you prepare for your most important day(s) ahead.
We’ll begin by exploring your day’s major task(s), whether that’s an important meeting, an interview, an uncomfortable conversation, or specific work you need to get done.
Together, we’ll brainstorm an approach to your goal. And, where applicable, we’ll discuss the use of language and persuasion. (Linguistics is one of the major tools of hypnotism—so let’s put it to use for you.)
Then, I’ll show you at least one simple and discreet self-relaxation technique so you can feel calm, collected, and in control before and during the big event.
Lastly, I’ll guide you into hypnosis:
- So you can begin to let go of the stress you’ve been feeling, relax, and regain control of your emotions.
- So that you can and will mentally prepare and rehearse your important task, and can and will have a clear view of what success will look like and how you can achieve it.

Results of any hypnosis session may vary from person to person.
“I truly believe I will look back to my session with Angel Millar as the moment my life changed for the better.”—J. Ferguson, USA.
“Working with Angel was great. I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first experience with hypnosis, but was immediately at ease and comfortable. Angel is a great listener and a calming presence.”—Stephanie Chuang.
“I wasn’t sure what to expect but he walks you through it and makes you feel super comfortable, asking what’s going on in your life, and gets some background information before he really plunges into the hypnosis itself. Overall, it’s just a really positive experience. It just feels really good. It feels really enlightening. It feels like you have a kick-start into the new chapter of your life. And I think that’s kinda what I was looking for.”—Amanda Maiorano.
