Your world is becoming more competitive

It doesn’t matter what profession you’re in, if you don’t want to get left behind, you have to perform at your best – both at work and at home.

An unwanted habit, negative thinking, lack of confidence, stress, and sleep issues are just some of the challenges that hold us back and, ultimately, put our security and happiness at risk.

Consulting hypnotism can help you take control of those challenging areas of your life so that you can move ahead and get where you want to go.

Hypnosis is a safe and natural state of consciousness, and most people find experiencing it to be relaxing, enjoyable, and rejuvenating.

3x Benefits of Your Hypnosis Session

consultation hypnosis
Clarity

During your session, we’ll discuss your situation and look at different perspectives, possibilities, and options that are available to you. Then we’ll formulate a plan so that it’s easier for you to move toward achieving your goals.

Focus

Through the experience of hypnosis, you will begin to reorient your mind toward your future success. And you will mentally rehearse overcoming any obstacles to that success so that doing it in the real world is a lot easier.

Succeed
Empowerment

Hypnosis puts you in charge. During our session, I will teach you self-hypnosis and other mindfulness techniques relevant to your situation that you will be able to use whenever you need a hypnotic boost.

“Angel makes you feel super comfortable, asking what’s going on in your life, and gets some background information before he really plunges into the hypnosis itself. Overall, it’s just a really positive experience. It feels like you have a kick-start into the new chapter of your life. So, I highly recommend him.”

“From knowing what to ask and what to listen for in our conversation… I had no doubt there would be a positive outcome. I have been pleasantly surprised to observe since we did the work that there has been a broad impact on my life in terms of calm and clarity in addition to the specific effect we were focused on.”

We all need to perform at our best sometimes. Top athletes such as Tiger Woods have used hypnotism to improve their game. Whether you need to perform at work or at home, hypnosis can help you succeed.

Public Speaking

Hypnosis can help you to be highly effective in public speaking and presentations. Hypnosis helps to calm the nerves, focus the mind, and know exactly what and how you’re going to speak for maximum effect.

Confidence

You deserve to be confident about yourself and what you want. And you deserve to be able to communicate what you want, and don’t want, to others. Hypnosis helps you realize, and cultivate, your inner confidence.

Sleep/Dreams

Hypnosis can help you fall asleep quicker and get better quality sleep so that you feel rejuvenated every morning. If you’re having an issue with dreaming, hypnosis can help with that too.

weight loss hypnosis

Weight Loss

Losing weight can be a struggle, especially when it comes to snacking. Hypnosis can make it easier to resist your little temptations, get focused, and get on track to fit into your old, favorite jeans.

Consulting Hypnotism vs. Hypnotherapy

As a consulting hypnotist, there are certain things that I do NOT and cannot do that a hypnotherapist might. Since both use hypnotism, you might be asking what’s the difference between the two?

In short, a consulting hypnotist (like me) will work with you on your challenges, obstacles, and goals to help you excel. These are the kinds of challenges and obstacles that we all face from time to time and need a little extra boost to get past so that we can achieve our goals in life.

A hypnotherapist is a licensed therapist or mental health professional, licensed health care worker, or licensed medical practitioner, etc. A hypnotherapist is trained to treat patients with serious mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, and substance abuse.

Anyone that has, or thinks that they might have, a mental health issue should immediately seek the advice of a licensed mental health professional. (I’m not one.)
