There are four major benefits to going remote for your hypnosis sessions. And, sure, we can think of most of them as adding up to make your session much more convenient. But all of them can contribute to you being in a much more relaxed state for your session. And that’s ideal for going into hypnosis. Let’s look at each of them:
(1) No Inconvenient Travel (or Getting Delayed)
It doesn’t matter whether you’re going to an interview, a doctor’s appointment, or any other kind of meeting, we’re always a little nervous about arriving on time. Travel can be unpredictable. Cars get stuck in traffic and public transport also gets stuck. Before a hypnosis session, it’s great not to have that concern in the back of your mind. And, of course, remote hypnosis means that there’s no need to travel.
(2) No Waiting in the Waiting Room
No matter how pleasant the waiting room, and no matter why we’re waiting around, we all get a little nervous when we’re sitting there in a strange environment, waiting… and waiting. Sure, you can try to distract yourself by looking at your phone, or reading a magazine, or staring out of the window. But you’re probably going to be aware of a little twinge of nervousness.
With remote hypnosis, your home or your office is your waiting room and you can get on with your day right up to the minute of your session.
(3) You’re in an Environment We’re You Know You Can Relax
Strange offices are rarely relaxing. In contrast, our home, bedroom, or perhaps our basement hang-out area, is where we go to relax. And a remote hypnosis session somewhere where you’re used to relaxing is ideal. With hypnosis (which is a very relaxed state), you want to feel comfortable and a familiar environment is a big help with that.
(4) Afterward, You Can Just Relax
You’ve probably experienced being out late with friends, having fun, and relaxing. Then when it’s time to leave, your mind turns to the journey home, and it just feels like the last thing you want to do. Because hypnosis is relaxing (some clients even fall asleep for a few seconds), it’s perfect to just be able to rest and rejuvenate in your own home afterward and to just soak up the hypnosis experience.
Related to the hypnagogic state of consciousness (a relaxed state between waking consciousness and sleep), hypnosis is natural and, today, is used to help people like you to begin to achieve their goals in life, from gaining confidence, better performance, quitting an unwanted habit such as smoking, weight loss, and more.
